Return & Exchange Policy

At Raven & Crone Co., we want you to love every product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened candles, incense, tarot/oracle decks, and custom-made items cannot be returned.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items, clearance products, or opened metaphysical tools for hygiene and energy-cleansing reasons.

  • Return Process:

    2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

    3. Once approved, ship the item(s) back at your own cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
